General TOS

- credit me if you reupload the commission anywhere please.- at any circunstance claim the artwork as yours.- i have the right to refuse/cancel your commission- I DON'T work on Weekends!!- don't rush me, i'll take the time i need to finish. (we can discuss about about the TAT!)- i don't accept refunds. you can only cancel the commission before it's payment!- feel free to ask me about the progress and ask for W.I.P's anytime you want!

PAYMENT

- The payment will be made after the specifications of the drawing are made and there’s a set budget for it. As soon as the proof of payment is sent, I will let you know and you’ll be added to the waitlist (in case of a high demand of clients). Once the payment and the proof of payment are both sent, I’ll start making the sketch (depends on your position in the waitlist) and put you in my trello.- we can combine the commission through twitter. Send me an DM with the character reference and if possible, a description of them and your preferences/suggestions for the artwork.- payment in money just through paypal!- please, send clear references of the character, and if possible, more than one.- How the sketch approval works: I’ll make the sketch based in the client’s requests. I can send it from different poses/angles, and, of course, change the reference of the character which is being represented. In case you want to change anything being it a pose, clothing, hair or any other elements, I’ll do up to 3 alterations for free; anything besides that, you’ll be charged $5 per alteration. Once you approve the sketch, I’ll go on and finish the drawing with no more alterations.
The additional characters are charged their individual price.
Refunds can be required in case there’s a big delay in the commission making and the sending of your sketch.
(In case of withdrawal, you will have to compensate me an amount of 60% of the final budget).- please, be clear when ordering, english is not my native language!
